Our company feels very strongly about service and feedback. Obviously, we enjoy fitting our amazing equipment, but you as a customer are entitled to many years of back-up assistance. You have bought special equipment, so you also expect special after-sales service and support. All our dental technicians have been specifically trained by the manufacturer.

They are experts. Their knowledge of our products far exceeds that of standard or independent engineers. Bear in mind that regular maintenance avoids unnecessary wear and tear, and therefore expensive repairs. Prevention is better than cure.

We adopt a very simple philosophy for our service and support, in line with every dentist’s wishes. Please get in touch with us if you are dissatisfied with anything at all, either by using the form or by calling us. We will immediately address a solution or, if so desired, adapt our form of service.
